This client needed 50,000 Square Feet of space for their special event company. The space needed to be cheap, functional and have an edge like their industry does. They needed to be able to purchase well below market value.
• The Results:
Adam spent 12 months uncovering every opportunity. The quoted price was $35 per square foot, but he saved Shag Carpet money by closing at $13.56 per square foot. He was able to get owner financing at below market terms.
