North Food Group – Sales Transaction

• The Client:

Massimo Motor sells and distributes competitively priced products including 50cc to 1,000cc street legal scooters, motorcycles and off road ATV’s, UTV’s, Dirt Bikes and Go-Karts.
• The Challenge:
The client needed 130k-200k square feet for their food distribution company. The space needed to be capable of installing a 40k-60k square foot freezer/cooler. The client needed to be able to purchase well below market value, due to his extensive improvement costs.
• The Results:
Ryan spent 18 months uncovering every opportunity. The quoted price was $40 per square foot, but I saved the client money by closing at $20.20 per square foot. By competitively bidding the construction I saved the client $350,000 on construction costs. And finally by implementing the Triple Freeport Exemption on Inventory Taxes on 90% of the clients inventory, their Inventory Taxes will ultimately be lowered $20k-$30k annually.
