Background and Experience:

Since 2004, Adam has worked exclusively in the north Dallas industrial real estate market. Prior to his tenure at Mercer Company, Adam was a partner for over five years of one of the highest producing industrial teams in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.  He has personally negotiated 4,486,000 square feet of industrial transactions and has been involved in over 14,800,000 square feet of transactions.

Education:

Adam is a graduate of Baylor University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion. While at Baylor, he met his wife Allison and earned his private pilot’s license.

Scope of Service Experience:

Adam Curran joined Mercer Company in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and is the specialist for the north Dallas industrial market.  Working with tenants and landlords to make them profitable in their real estate, Adam effectively helps with leasing, market knowledge, sales and consulting to ensure his clients make the most educated decisions.
