Matt joined Mercer Company in 2011 as an associate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties located in Garland and Northeast Dallas.  He tracks every owner and user of space within those submarkets.  This attention to detail and first-hand knowledge of his area allows him to provide the most up to date information in order to negotiate the best deal for his clients.

Since 2011, Matt has saved his Tenant client’s an average of 28% off asking prices on both sales and leases.

Industrial buildings are averaging 22 months on the market in DFW.  Matt’s listings have yielded an average time of 6.75 months on the market.  This is achieved through Matt’s focus on his client’s best interest coupled with his knowledge of the market.

Prior to joining Mercer Company in 2011, Matt’s professional career was in the Transportation Logistics field.  He excelled in Trans-Pacific supply chain logistics. By studying and focusing on every detail from his client’s sourcing to final destination of their product, Matt was able to find the optimal rate and transportation avenue to fit his client’s needs.  His desire to find his clients the best possible solution for their needs will translate into maximum savings in the Industrial Real Estate market.
