Evan Webb

Background

Evan joined the Mercer Company in 2018 as the Market Director for Southern Dallas County. He oversees a territory spanning from West Dallas, to the lower I35E and I45 corridors. In 2021 Evan joined Vice President Keenan Cook in Northwest Dallas as a member of the team managing the North Stemmons Submarket. He specializes in Tenant Representation and Property Leasing, as well as User and Investment Sales. Some of Evan’s most notable clients include Westport Inc, ITU Absorbtech, Choice Packaging Group, and ServPro.

Prior to joining Mercer Company, Evan worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise on their Global Accounts Team managing relationships with a group of their largest clients. He is a graduate of Florida State University with bachelor’s degrees in applied economics and International Affairs. While attending Florida State, Evan was active within the leadership of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Evan and his wife Savannah live in North Dallas with their son Miller. The Webb’s are members of Fellowship Bible Church. When away from the office Evan and his family enjoy traveling and the outdoors.
