Background
Jack Mercer joined the Mercer Company team in 2024 as an associate broker & junior partner to Vice President, Keenan Cook. Following his internship with Mercer in 2020, Jack completed his studies at the University of Texas and acquired his real estate license, prompting his return to the team as a full-time associate.
Raised just north of DFW, Jack has watched the city explode not only in population size, but also the commercial real estate market. Currently, his focus lies on the Hines & Valwood markets, where he diligently monitors market trends for his submarkets.
In his pursuit of expanding his industry expertise, Jack places great importance on the relationship he fosters with his clients. By actively collaborating with them to fulfill their individual requirements, whether in tenant, owner, or buyer representation, he consistently endeavors to secure the most favorable deals available in the market.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys running & playing basketball with his co-workers. He also is an avid Mavericks & Cowboys fan.
