Vice President of Property Management

April has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management. She teamed up with Jeff Mercer in 2008, at the start of Mercer Company, and has played an integral role in the management and growth since.

April has managed all types of commercial properties and carries a deep knowledge of contracts, property accounting, and tenants. She is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to building engineers and following up on those requests with tenants, overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions for tenants and vendors, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.

April currently manages over 1 million square feet of commercial properties in Texas, Louisiana, and New Hampshire.

Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
