Jeremy Mercer
Background
Jeremy joined the Mercer Company in 2010 as an associate broker specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties located in the Brookhollow, Pinnacle, Turnpike, Lone Star and Red Bird submarkets. He has since taken on the role of Vice President & continues to work within the Brookhollow submarket.
Jeremy’s passion started with buying houses, chasing foreclosures, and beginning his real estate career in commercial property management. In October of 2010 Jeff convinced Jeremy to become a broker and join him at Mercer Company, and he hasn’t looked back since.
Jeremy loves being the underdog from Irving because people tended to miscalculate him, but now, he has made it to the top and carries a reputable portfolio that continues to prove his work ethic and drive. He also likes being in the thick of the deal and figuring out what to do and where to go. Jeremy shines in his ability to navigate challenging or seemingly unconquerable situations.
Outside of his career and real estate, his biggest accomplishment, and the thing he is the proudest of is his family. He met his wife and business partner, Tammine, at Tech, and together they have two incredible kids, Barrett and Layla. Additionally, Jeremy has a few fun hobbies and skills. He is in a member band called Trinity Junction where he sings and plays the piano and guitar and owns a rehearsal studio for aspiring musicians.
