Background

Since joining Mercer Company in 2014, Keenan has transacted more than 5 million square feet of industrial space in DFW with a transaction volume in excess of $200,000,000. In 2021 he joined the ranks as Vice President, while continuing to specialize in the Valwood & Stemmons Corridor industrial markets. Keenan focuses his work on the leasing and sales of industrial real estate property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Keenan is dedicated to the quality representation of his clients and adding measurable value through his extensive market knowledge. He also personally invests in industrial properties in DFW, this translates into knowing firsthand the value of owning real estate.

Keenan and his wife Abby and their three children, Bo, Cassie and Jack, live in Dallas.
