Background
During his time at Mercer Company, Niko has transacted over 2.2 million square feet and more than $55 million in sales volume. He focuses on industrial real estate sales and leasing throughout DFW with an emphasis on the East Fort Worth and Meacham Field/Fossil Creek submarkets.
Niko joined Mercer Company after working in enterprise software sales at Thomson Reuters. Niko previously spent four years as a registered investment advisor at Morgan Stanley where he managed assets for accomplished entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and endowments.
Originally from Dallas, Niko enjoys watching sports, driving classic cars, and hiking with his two dogs. He served as the President of the Parish Episcopal Alumni Board and as a member of the Columbia Football Players Club, Late Great Chevys of Dallas, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League.
