Niko Padilla – Market Director
Niko comes to Mercer Company from Thomson Reuters where he closed more than $2.7 million in new business over his two-year tenure in enterprise software sales. He also served as an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He was with a distinguished group in the Private Wealth Management division that focused on serving the firm’s most affluent clients. He managed $1.1 billion in assets for a small number of accomplished entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and endowments.
Originally from Dallas, Niko spends his free time coaching high school football and playing recreational sports. He has served as the President of the Parish Episcopal Alumni Board and as a member of the Columbia Football Players Club, Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, and Vivaldi Patron Circle.

Niko earned his B.A. in economics from Columbia University. At Columbia, he was awarded with the Robert Kraft Family Scholarship for Academic Excellence and was a three-time All-Ivy League Football Team selection.
