Background
Vikki Pruitt has over 30 years’ experience in property management. She started her career with The Wetsel Company, whose focus was commercial investment properties in Dallas. The portfolio consisted of a mixture of retail, industrial and office product. Most notably during her tenure at The Wetsel Company, Vikki oversaw the complete renovation of 6333 Denton Drive, Dallas Texas (Love Field Commercial Center). At The Wetsel Company, Vikki’s management portfolio consisted of a mix of over 425,000 square feet of lease space.
Vikki joined Mercer Company in 2013 and worked closely with Jeff Mercer managing over one million square feet of commercial properties throughout the State of Texas, Louisiana and New Hampshire. She transitioned to Property and Brokerage Accountant, while also managing Mercer Company’s office building on Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. In 2023, Vikki was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Mercer Company.
Over her career in commercial real estate, she has managed over two million square feet of real estate with assets in excess of $100 million dollars.
