William LeMasters joined Mercer Company in 2020, and since then, he has closed over 200 deals in the Northeast Dallas/Garland area, representing transactions valued at over $125 million. His achievements have earned him recognition as both a DCEO Power Broker and a Top Producer at Mercer Company. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an exclusive designation for the most accomplished and experienced commercial real estate professionals.
