Job Description
Administrative assistants handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment, etc.
Some day-to-day tasks include:
- Research and locate DFW area and off the market options for availability and current transactions in progress
- Verifying Property information
- LOI / RFP creation, editing, and response
- Draft of lease and sale contracts
- Working with office vendors
- Input cold calls and contact information for
- CRM
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Full-Time, In-Person Position (No Remote Work) Proficient with all Microsoft
- Applications Reliable Transportation with a valid Driver’s License
- Excellent Written and Verbal
- Communication Self-motivated, highly organized and detail- oriented
- Basic math and accounting skills
